These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Ace-It Pro Shop website and to our text message order updates program. By using our website or enrolling in text updates, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. About us and this website
Ace-It Pro Shop is a bowling pro shop in Philadelphia, PA. This website provides information about our shop and services. It does not currently sell products or take payments online. Orders, fittings and services are arranged with us in person. The only information form on the site is the optional text-update sign-up.
2. Services and orders
- Prices, timing and availability are confirmed with you at the shop and may change before an order is accepted.
- Drilling and other services depend on the condition of your equipment. Equipment can have hidden defects (such as internal cracks) that only appear during work. We may decline or stop a service for that reason.
- Fitting and layout decisions are made with your input. Results on the lanes depend on many factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee a particular score or ball reaction.
- Please pick up finished orders promptly. Contact us if you need to arrange a different time.
3. Using this website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law. The website content, name, logo and design belong to Ace-It Pro Shop and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and its information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace-It Pro Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, or from text message delays or failures. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Message type: Informational order and service status notifications only (for example: your order is being prepared, your order status has changed, your service is ready). We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this program.
How you join
You can join in either of two ways, and we send texts only if you clearly agree:
- Online: by entering your name and mobile number and checking the (unchecked-by-default) consent box on our SMS Order Updates page.
- In person: by giving us your permission at the shop when you place an order. Our staff ask whether you would like order updates by text, explain that message and data rates may apply and how to opt out, and send texts only if you agree. Our exact wording is on the SMS Order Updates page.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can decline and still use all of our services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your orders and the steps involved in completing them. Most customers receive only a few messages per order.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You may also use the keywords STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive a confirmation, and we will not send further texts to that number under this program. You can also tell us in person or email aceitps@gmail.com.

Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers and Ace-It Pro Shop are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above and to support your order. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers
You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you give us. Please tell us if your number changes or is reassigned so we do not text someone else.
